Kilter was contacted by Mrs. to schedule an inspection for her property on April 8, 2016. During every inspection our inspectors look for any issues that are accessible and relayed that to Mrs. with a action plan and price. Mrs. purchased a termite service that day and scheduled the work for April...

11 which was completed and paid for in the amount of$1,720. Mrs. called [redacted], her assigned inspector, April 18 to schedule the wood repairs estimated at $4,818. The next day Mrs. called and cancelled the wood repairs as she wanted to do the repairs sooner. April 20, 2016, Kilter called Mrs. and informed hi that we had a reschedule and can do the repairs on May 10-12, 2016. Our office called Mrs. on May 6 2016 which went straight to voicemail to confirm the wood dates for repairs on May 10-12 which was completed and paid in full.On May 24, 2016 Mrs. called asking for [redacted] to provide her a receipt for the wood which we supplied and had [redacted] drop off to Mrs. During that visit Mrs. stated she didn't like the way the blocking looked on the exterior so [redacted] scheduled a service call for June 8. On June 8, our wood crew arrived Mrs. house first thing in the morning to make the adjustments Mrs. pointed out but no one was home and, phone went straight to voicemail. In addition, there is no power to the house So we were unable do the repairs. The next day Mrs. called and stated we never showed up and never called which we kindly stated we did and have the phone and GPS records to show otherwise to do repairs to the exterior blocking and scheduled another service call with Mrs. to complete the repairs. The wood cre went out and completed the repairs that [redacted] and Mrs. had discussed. A couple days later Mrs. called again stating she still did not like the repairs and that a nail was protruding out from an area of the blocking which we tried to resolve but refused to tet us inside the home and told the crew, "Don't worry about it". Kilter scheduled [redacted] to go back out trying to determine how we can meet and exceed Mrs. expectations based on the construction of home and fix the area with the nail. [redacted] asked to view this area from inside the home from the inside of the home (which was the first time Mrs, let us inside her home) and found the nail protruding out and some damage to a window header that was not accessible from the outside which we don't usually do with wood as most wood damage is on the exterior of buildings and this is what [redacted] initially proposed for replacement. [redacted] explained that he wasn't able to see this damage from the outside and provided a bid for replacement which Mrs. refused. [redacted] and Mrs. then agreed to have the blocking installed from the inside the home instead of the exterior which we did and completed on July 10, 2016.Kilter completed the work in a professional manner and we stand behind our work 100%. Kilter has tried to resolve this issue as best as we can to Mrs. Satisfaction and will Continue to do so as a value Customer.
