Review: [redacted] is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who was seeing my daughter [redacted], as a client from July [redacted], 2014 through the end of August 2014, for a total of 9 sessions. Since she did not accept my health insurance directly (GHI) I had to pay out of pocket for therapy sessions for my daughter which totaled $1350. (Each session cost $150.) There was an agreement that we had that [redacted] would submit a claim into my insurance for whatever reimbursement was available to be able to re-coup some of the monies that I paid to her. After about a dozen times in speaking with [redacted] about this insurance claim and giving her my insurance form filled out, she has yet to submit this to my insurance company for claim. I am hoping that this can be resolved simply by your contacting her and asking her to address this concern in a timely manner. This should be quite a simple issue and one that any professional social worker working with clients should be able to accomplish routinely. I appreciate any assistance in getting this matter resolved.
