On march 27th 2020 I took my 2 wedding bands to get sized. I left my rings there and was supoose to pick them up that following monday June 1st. Saturday march 30th the city of rochester ny faced many lootings and riots. There was an incident outside of Kim doa jewelry and repair. Im not sure if looters got inside the jewelry store but when monday came I went to pick up my rings and they were closed and the store was boarded up. I've been calling and leaving messages as well as going by the jewelry store weekly. No one has called me back or reached out to me in regards to my wedding bands. Im extremely upset and I want my rings or to be compensated. I have my recipe and on the bottom is says after 60 days they aren't responsible for the merchandise. I don't know what the owners are doing but they need to call their customers and give people back their jewelry.
Business stated that the customer has picked up their jewelry and the complaint has been resolved.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Regards
