first of all this is the first I have heard of it
I have gone through my message numbers for the last and a half years her name is not there if she has called or left a message she hasnt explained herselfon what the call is cocerning
I work
on the job sites to hours aday then check phone messages when I get home so if it isnt a detailed message there will be no response I dont have the time nor the energy to chase jobs the jobs come to me
I have been in business for years doing roofing in the *** and as far as I know this is the first time my name has come accross your desk in the roofing industry I know you get a lot of complaints about the work quality
that being said I stand behind what I do but not after ten years the shingle used at that time is not holding up which is the manufactures fault not mine they have class action lawsuits against them because of this
if this lady has called she has not explained anything in her messages which I dont see in my book and if she was expecting me to remember her name from ten years ago I probably wont we do over roofs a year
if she did email me I dont remember seing it
also I am leaving the country on the 28th and wont be around for a few weeks if someone tryies to get me

The first time I contacted you was via your website using email as there was no phone number listed and only a home phone number which I took from your invoiceI stated the invoice #, address and date of work done on that first point of contact so not sure how that slipped by without being noticedYou are right I have called many times and not left a message with details as I figured you were ignoring me fully knowing that their had been an issue with the roofing materialI on the other hand was unaware of this poor product issue as I don't follow what is going on in the world of roofingThis work was done in and my first issue was a leak was eight years laterWhy bother writing a year guarantee on your paperwork? I now have another issue where water is coming I think from the flashing around the flu right down to the basement
I left you another voicemail the 2nd week of January with my work number, my first name and telling you I had some roofing questions...I figured I'd give you a week to respondNo response so I sent off a complaint the the Revdex.comYou didn't take any time to respond after that
It's not my fault that you used an ineffective product nor is it mine for choosing you as a rooferI just think its pretty sad that you don't even offer to take a look to see if anything can be doneYou're stating in writing you're not going to do anything after yearsTherefore I have no reason to believe the statement "you stand behind your work"
