I am currently buying a car from this car dealership. I have sent numerous emails to him regrading my insurance and that I have changed policies. In the last two days he has called me yelling at me at the top of his lungs stating that he has not received proof of insurance my insurance has send him by fax email and also mailed insurance policies and it has full coverage and everything he has requested. In his contract that I have read it states if at any time I default on my insurance that he has to obtain insurance and I must pay it as it states. He has called me and tells me I need to take the car in due to non compliance with contract. I have did everything he has asked and still he has treated me and harshed me about this issue in the last two days. I asking for your help in this matter. I have all messages he has left I have read the contract and I have sent numerous messages. So I have tried talking to him and he has no sense in hearing me and just yells and says if I don't take I have what's coming to me. Please help I am a single women and feel he is trying to take advantage of that.
purchased a 2009 Ford Taurus from me on 09/02/2017. *** made her 1st payment on time. Since her 1st payment 7 payments have been late or missed and numerous cancellation notices from ins. *** has missed so many dates to get caught up on both ins and payments I can't count all of them. *** has driven without insurance for weeks at a time.
*** keeps talking while on the phone and is unwilling to let me talk in a conversion. Its like if she keeps talking while I try to respond she wont hear what I'm trying to respond to.
I've been trying to work with *** for Just a little to long and have maintenance her account more than any other account.

He fu didnt not say the truth he has removed 730 from my account with out my knowledge and has added thousand more to my account. I have looked over all my paperwork and do not understand why I fell behind. I would like to talk to someone and show all paper work to them. And on top of everything when I had my son go in for me to make payment he told my son I have offered *** for payment. This is not right how can this man get away with ripping me off and slandering my name. I have requested for all paper work from him and he refuses to give it to me. I have all paper tp show that I have made my payments.
Statement showing that Kim removed 150.00 from my account on March 1, 2018 and then tried to remove money again on March 6, 2018. I also paid on March 9, 2018 of 110.00 and another payment on March 27, 2018 of 300.00. And Kim still stays I am behind on my payments

Emails from Kim admitting I paid 170.00 in march and he says he never got and me telling him about the 150 and him getting mad at me also me telling what days he can take money out of account and the very next day he asked if he can make a payment on my card and then from there he started taking money out of my account. I received a call from my card saying he tried removing money from my account again I have him blocked from doing so so the will call me if he trys.
