When I went back the first time they only fixed two nails. They should have fixed them all. I told them they all felt like they were falling off. Then they did all start popping off and I was glueing them back on which is what causes fungus on the nails which is what happened to me. They did not do the right thing! because:
That is not true. When I went back the first time they only fixed two nails. They should have fixed them all. I told them they all felt like they were falling off. Then they did all start popping off and I was glueing them back on which is what causes fungus on the nails which is what happened to me. They did not do the right thing! I wouldn't be complaining if they would have fixed them right away. I had to pay someone else to fix them. I deserve a refund.

Review: I started getting my nails done here about 6 months ago. A man named [redacted] put on a new set of nails 6 months ago first visit. I paid $45.00 and he did a great job. My nails grow very slow so he said to come back once a month to get a fill. He did my nails very long and no problems while he maintained them for 3 months. No lifting no problems at all. Then he moved to Florida and they said [redacted] will do my nails that he"s very good with long nails. As soon as he started doing my nails I started having problem with them lifting and eventually getting green fungus on my nails. So I told him to once again put a new set of nails on. I paid $40.00 plus $5.00 tip for another new set. Which I normally get a new set once every 6 - 8 months. In a few days they felt like they were all falling off. I went back to him and he fixed two nails. He should have fixed them all. Another few says went by and more nails were lifting and I went back again. They wouldn't fix them. The guy at the desk said we usually aren't responsible after 2-3 days.He said my nails were to long that's why they wont stay on...that's not true when [redacted] did them I had no problems and they are only half as long as they were before. I don't think [redacted] did them correctly and that's why im having problems.I have had long nails for 30 years and this is the first time this has happened. Now I have to pay someone else to fix them when kim nails did them wrong.Desired Settlement: I think they should refund my $40.00 so I can get them done right...thank you
