Client has not paid on his bill since dec yet wants insurance We have sent him numerous emails about this and he refuses to pay bill but continually want refunds and does no pay bills If you do not pay premiums you cannot have insurance.There is nothing more we can do for client as he refuses to pay his bill He continually tells us he has no money but wants insurance He then states he wants insurance canceled so we cancel and then he complains.There is nothing more we can do for a client that will not pay for months on a billClients policies are in cancelation status due to non pay and his request

We have communicated with client almost daily on the process and timeline for getting his refund. State Farm computers were down on that date he called into suspend his pull and also pulls usually cannot be suspended day of or day before, but needseveral days lead time. Client expected
he should have immediate response and money returned which is impossible as the refunds come out of corporate state farm and take + business days to receive and also it took several days to get the approval from state farm for the refund. During that time in between refund he was told process and timeline and we also sent him emails regarding it and also responded to his emails. Client just was not happy with waiting which was not preventableWe feel we did everything we could to help client with this situation

I am rejecting this response because: even after told 7-business days I’m currently still waiting for my refund which has caused me to be late on my other bills and now
