Got set up with a first appointment, then had to cancel the appointment due to a family emergencyTried to call and re-schedule again got no call back from that trainer or any other Contract has been long fulfilled called to cancel and was told they couldn't cancel without written notice Went to turn in my written notice and got tired of waiting for 15min for someone to come to the desk Taped the note to the computer screen and left Called to verify that they indeed got my note, but then was informed that it didn't matter if I had only used the gym for months in years or so that they will still charge me for another month be
I have been a member at Anytime Fitness for about months One of the reason I joined was because they had cycling equipment The stationary bikes at this facility do not work correctly and have not worked for at least months I have told on site staff to time about the issue and even showed them what was wrong Each time I was told they would work on fixing the issue, but it still is not fixed I have sent e-mails to the address on their web site with no response
