Hello, We got a letter from Revdex.com today regarding customer 's name [redacted] ***According to our record, we gave an estimate which included the Power Steering Pressure Hose assembly ( P/S Hose Assy) and Rack and Pinion assembly ( Rack+ pinion assy) on January 3rd ,The entire cost of repairs was $2,which the customer couldn't afford at the time so they decided to get just a tune up and oil change which cost $on January 6th 2017, even though we had warned them it was best to get everything done at once to prevent further leakingmonths later the customer returned and got just the Rack & Pinion replaceWe included a free engine oil clooler seal tooAs you can see in our estimates, the P/S steering hose is present in the initial estimate which the customer refused to get repairs done onWhen the vehicle was first brought in, we had the power steering pressure hose included as well as the rack and pinion and the tune upAll three things required maintenance and the customer decided to do them in parts separatelyThe customer was fully aware of all the issues from the beginning and is responsible for getting repairs done to their vehicle in a timely mannerA vehicle that runs without repairing is prone to further damages and issuesWe did everything we could to help out this customer each and every time they brought their vehicle back Please let us know if you have any questions, comments, or concernsThank you, [redacted]

we didn't work on the A/Cwhat we did was just check the A/C
Starter is bad because the car is already old
It was bad when she brought in and we tried to start the engine and
sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't workSo we gave her estimate $And we checked the A/C and the switch box was badSo we gave her estimate for that also
And consumer asked us to fix the hood lever and she has not paid yet and took the car
How can we be nice to customer when they just take their car without paying and treating us like unprofessional
We didn't make any mistake or made the car worse after we checked it out the carTherefore, there is no reason to fix the consumer's car without any payments since it is not our faultAgain, we just gave her a estimate for starter and A/C
we would like consumer to pay $for the car hood lever we fixed for her on May 19th

My *** is completely lying to youHe NEVER conveyed to us there was a problem with the starter NEVERHe failed to have any communication with us for almost daysNot once did he provide us a price for the starter or the A/C until The 5th day and only then did he provide a price for the A/C NOT the starterHe was extremely unprofessional yelling at my husband with several witnesses on the premise His behavior as a business owner was seen by several customers who will attest how he behaved and refused to provide any sort of solutionThe vehicle was brought to him several times in the past and no mechanical problems The car is a Volkswagen and was in perfect condition when it was dropped offWhen the vehicle was picked up,it would not start which was caused by this mechanic shopMr *** caused damage to our vehicle and refused to acknowledge any ownershipThere have been several complaints on him and now he is blantantly fabricating and lying to the Better Business BereauHe is a terrible business owner with horrible business practices and now a liar alsoWe left his property because he demanded us to leaveHe refused to listen and forced us off his propertyNot once did he ask for any payment on the work he did in fixing the latchWe are decent people and would never leave without paying for something however we were forced to leave ! He ruined our vehicle and then he forced off the propertyHow in the world were we supposed to pay him anything with his extreme vulgarity ? He is failing to admit his wrong doing and failing to admit he demanded us to leaveWe have never had an issue with anyone and from my understanding in speaking to several people who have taken their vehicle to Mr***, he has done this SEVERAL timesHe is known for ripping off his customers and trying to get more money out of them ! This is a shady mechanic and needs to be stopped so he does not continue to scam innocent people out of money
