I have not been a customer at this place for yearsI've been working in the area for about a year and have visited Kim's on a couple occasionsRegarding my complaint, at the time of ordering I should have been told that cheese is an additional costThis is called Customer ServiceOther "regular" customers may be ok with the lack of customer service from Kim's because they have been servicing the area for years but that should not matterAll Prices should be POSTED, CLEAR and EASY to readAt the time of ordering, if there is going to be an additional charge then that should be told to the customerEspecially for new customersAs of now, I have no plans on going back to Kim's and I wont suggest that others do either]

Hello, we received a complaint regarding a price disagreementFirstly, I would like to start by saying that we've been servicing the neighborhood for about years nowThroughout those years, prices have gone up from time to time and the prices changes have been noted on the menu boardThe
customer that filed the complaint is not a new customerShe has ordered for years now, but she does order different sandwiches from time to timeIf I recall correctly, she usually orders the BLT (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato)This time however, she ordered a Bacon egg and cheeseHer complaint about the pricing is true if she ordered the bacon and egg on a rollIt clearly shows Bacon egg and cheese is more expensiveShe has been a great regular customer to our shop and it saddens me that she was not happy with our serviceWhenever she visits again to make a purchase, I will make sure to double check with her from now onThank you very much for reaching ou t to us.Best,Chang
