Disappointed in final flower arrangementDid not meet the advertised picture on-lineOverpriced for the "premium" selection and extras, e.g., medium sized stuffed animal, (was small) no evidence of "extra" flowers justifying the PREMIUM priceSent an email to Kim's Flowers describing the problem with the product and level of embarrassment we felt giving such a messy looking gift to ill recipient even though patient said she loved themLooked like it had been thrown together in hasteAdditionally, the advertised brown basket, which contained the arrangement, was white, which was fine, but it was coming apart at the bottomHad we just received an apology, that would have been sufficientI was not asking for a discount or money backBut no response was just more evidence demonstrating their lack of professionalism
