I met with a Statewide Remodeling salesperson at the Texas state fair and scheduled an appointment for an estimate for a kitchen remodelAt the fair I was also promised a $visa gift card after receiving a quote for the remodelThe appointment was scheduled for Oct and on that day I received a phone call from Statewide Remodeling stating that they were overbooked and short handed and I was asked to rescheduleI told the sales rep that due to my work my schedule is very difficult to predict, however we were able to make a second appointment for Oct on the day of the second appointment I got another call to inform me that the appointment had to be cancelled again due to delays caused by the weatherat this point I restated my difficulty with scheduling and stated that I was disappointed with having two appointments cancelledThe sale rep made a note of the two cancellations on my file so that it would not happen again and we rescheduled for Nov On the day of this third appointment I received yet another phone call to cancel this appointment due to staff sickness and being short handedthe sale rep mentioned she was aware of the note of the two previous cancellations and offered to reschedule however at this time I declined to rescheduleThe sales rep offered a 5% discount at that time I declined again and the conversation ended
Our experience with Statewide Remodeling was a satisfying one We had a tub surround taken out and a new tub with tile added back It turned out wonderfully!! We were most impressed with the crew...Jerry (supervisor) was very quick with any changes, checked up on his crew consistently, and is a great person overall Thaddeus was the man of the hour...great expertise and work ethics! Reggie, the plumber, made sure our water pressure was up to snuff and did an excellent job bringing the plumbing up to code One stop shopping with Statewide We give them two thumbs up!

After meeting with Statewide Remodeling in their showroom at Collin Creek mall we were excited about their potential services, the representative at the store was knowledgeable, polite, and professional However once their salesperson came to our home to discuss our bathroom remodel we were extremely disappointed with his professionalism, lack of knowledge of the technicalities of shower remodeling, and his patronizing attitude We simply asked if our home's water pressure would be an issue for installing shower jets, and instead of just stating "I am not sure It's something I can ask my men", he told us we needed to take it up with our city's water department A simple Google search shortly after informed me this was definitely not the case, and this was a question many people performing bathroom remodels ask

We are very satisfied with the Job Statewide Remodeling did for usThe workers involved were very polite and they identified themselves well wearing badges and by mouth We would rrecommend them to anybody that is interested or in need if remodeling their house
Sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and communicated in lay terms to explain benefits of the window designsThe demo model window was excellent and we learned how it worked (single hung)We had a rot problem on two windows (fixed) in our laundry roomI provided the material and the sales rep gave us a price with a promise that it would be fixed perfectlyHe measured the windows for the contract and then had the install crew come by and measure again to ensure correct windows were orderedJoe and Kevin were contracted for the install and did a superb jobI don't believe anyone could have done the rot repair any betterInstall was perfectionThey used plastic sheathing to close of a room and protect everything if removal got dustyThe foreman came by with the city building permit and the city inspector gave us a green tag the following dayONE SUGGESTION FOR CUSTOMER: If you have a wired alarm system with magnetic contacts on your old windows they may not work on the new vinyl windows and you will have to reconnect things DIY or call alarm company for helpI clearly understood this before signing the contractWireless contacts may simply require a roll of double sided tape for reinstallWe will be ordering windows for the back of our home
A representative from Statewide Remodeling approached me while I was shopping at *** *** for an emergency bathroom remodel From start to finish our experience with them was fantastic They were able to give us a quote the same day and were able to fix our bathroom on an emergency schedule I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a remodel

Monday came around and a crew came out in the morningThese guys were great too and before they left they told me they would be back around 8:30am the following dayThe next day (Tuesday) no one had been to our houseI called The field supervisor around and asked if anyone was comingHe said the guy was on his way and he would call him and see how far away he wasHe called me back ten minutes later and told me that he would be at our house tomorrow sat 8amI asked if I needed to call corporate and ask why the guys kept getting pulled off of our job and he asked me not toAfter that conversation the job went pretty smoothly and was finally finished

Our windows and doors dated back to so you can imagine how high our utility bills wereStatewide installed all new Windows, a steel front door and a beautiful sliding back door, as well as new shuttersMy house looks amazing and our internal temperature is so much more balancedOur installer, Joe, was very professional, courteous and diligentHe and his partner did an amazing jobThey even replaced our rotted wood and repaired a wall that had a hole in itI highly recommend Statewide Remodeling and I would definately use them for other repairs or upgrades I need
Statewide gave us a quote that was a little higher than other companies but their product will last a lot longer than the others They handled all the paperwork for the city permits and HOA seamlessly The concrete contractor was a little tough to get an appointment set up with but when he came the workers did a great job Shortly, thereafter Statewide showed up and assembled our pergola with amazing speed All the workers kept us in the loop and made sure that they were doing exactly what they promised they would do The electrician came and wired our light and extra outlet, asking to make sure he was doing what we wanted to have done We had only one issue which was resolved by one phone call Statewide is a little more expensive but they are definitely worth the extra we paid We will be using them for any future work we want to have done
We recently contracted Statewide Remodeling out of ***, Texas for a bathroom shower rehabFirst the Sales Rep, Wade ***, was very knowledgeable and helpful with our choice of colors and materials that we choseThe contractor who did the work, Maren ***, was extremely neat, knowledgeable, and took great care to do the job right! We are EXTREMELY satisfied with the work that was performed! And all the staff that stayed in contact with us were polite and helpful
Statewide Remodeling just installed Radiant Barrier in the SECOND of our homes in that last years When we move again, we will call them again Our salesman, ***, was TOPNOTCH He was Courteous, Professional and his product knowledge was excellent He REALLY worked with us to keep us as a customer the second time around The installation crew was excellent and only were willing to leave when the knew we were TOTALLY HAPPY EXCELLENT WORK
