Spoke with *** again August 15th to discuss the plumbing backing up*** refused to honor what she had previously stated and wanted me to pay continued time all though two of her employees stated they'd have no problem coming out and fixing the
problemI told *** it was not fair what she was doing and I was two days with no plumbing, she stated "well *** was out there Sunday but you didn't want to pay." I wasn't going to pay for services that were never complete and backed up immediately after use of the bathroom one timeShe refused to send out the men without more PaymentI let her know I would not be doing business with her anymore and would be calling another businessArt and Douglas came out later that evening and found the sewer line within minutes and totally cleared the line within minutesThe technician stated the first plumbers stopped close to 15ft and never cleared the system, he cleared it completely and even showed me where I needed to put another clean outThe bathroom is running great now thanks to another company
