Please be advised that we are legal counsel for Kimba Management, Incand we hereby respond to your correspondence to our client of August 1, 2017.Our client advises that the unit was occupied by [redacted] vacated the premises on or before July 29, and [redacted] vacated very late on July 31, Since a new tenant was taking possession on August 1, 2017, it was important to change the unit over once [redacted] Surrendered possessionWhen it appeared that [redacted] vacated the premises, she advised my client that there was some food left in the refrigerator and a remaining lamp, which had been removed prior to the last time she returned to the unit.My client is more than willing to pay for the cost of the lamp once a receipt is SubmittedAs it appears that the lamp had minimal value, my client is willing to waivethe cleaning charge of $100.00.Kindly advise [redacted] accordingly
