I am rejecting this response because [redacted] was really rude when he came out to take another set of picturesI do not know who [redacted] is but yes I did cash a check for to replace my plants and a check for because I have to find someone to do work since they could not come out until July 18thThat is a was unacceptableI talked to my backyard neighbor this past weekendShe was not happy because they destroyed one of her rose plantsI am not happy with this company or never will be againThis money is going into my pocket
My understanding was that this was settledThere was an issue of our crew destroying her plants and she asked for $which we sent her a check forAt no time was I aware she wanted to talk to the general manager as he was well aware of this situationThe owner has been absent from the business for a few years due to health issues and I certainly would have told her that
