Review: I purchased the product "5MinureMogul"

on April 5, 2014, trusting their guarantee.

I requested a refund well within the guarantee period 60Days

I purchased the product "5MinureMogul" from Kimball L Roundy Inc of Cedar Hills UT company

on April 5, 2014, trusting their guarantee which states:

"There is a 60 day 100% Money Back Guarantee on all our Information, Membership and

Software Products. To request a refund simply contact us by one of the three ways listed on

this page.

I requested a refund well within the guarantee period, several requests that are even acknowledged

on their website at [redacted] .

But repeated contacts have failed to get my refund. Each time they answered as if the refund

was still being processed, as you can read at the URL I've given to their website. I think they

were just trying to delay the refund until I forgot or gave up.

Then at one point someone from their company even called me and tried to sell me on another product,

but I said, "I couldn't even consider looking at that product, until I get my refund, that

I have been trying to get a refund for "5Minute Mogul", so I'm glad you have called."

To that, the person replied, "Well, I certainly did not call to give you a refund!", and he rudely hung up!

All I am asking for is the refund Promised in their guarantee.

I purchased with my Visa card, and below is how their charges appear at my Web Bank 2 days after my purchase:

Review: In Feb this year we joined the 5MM program and bought a $300 ad package. It was not delivered and has yet to be refunded as promised.

We joined Kimball's 5MM system, and purchased a done for you traffic package that to date has not been delivered. After 6 months of run around from several representatives sent this e mail:

Hi,

I have tried unsuccessfully through direct communication with [redacted] or through customer support to ask for a full refund on my undelivered traffic order from February, and now the monthly Tycoon membership that I was talked into by [redacted].

I have been asking about the traffic order on a monthly basis beginning on 02/28/14 and every month I received another reason why it was not delivered. I finally lost patience with this on 07/07/14 when I contacted [redacted] and told him I wanted my traffic delivered now or I would demand a refund. I never received a reply from him, but he did remove all my Tycoon data from the 5mm system.

I do not consider this action on his part to be professional, and represents very poor customer service from the start. As a result of these 4 months of run around I cannot in good conscience represent this system to anyone, and ask for a full refund of all the money I have spent with you.

I have also complained to my CC company, and have any and all the customer service communications, as well as e mails to/from [redacted]. I will happily make those available at your request.

I look forward to your response ASAP.

Thank you for contacting Customer Support.

My sincerest apologies for the delay with your Traffic and the poor communication with our sales representative or with customer support. Your observations and complaints are noted. And, may I add, validated.

Sorry to be so tardy in responding. I would be frustrated, too.

If I may, let me respond to them.

1. Traffic. We are again experiencing problems with getting quality traffic. We have been searching and testing new sources, but the percentage rates have been unsatisfactory. We've had to pause it again, so that we wouldn't be spending our members' money and getting poor returns. We just found a new source this past week, and are testing it now. I have checked our traffic rounds and you are very close to the top of the list. I believe your traffic order might be delivered in our next distribution. If you decide to continue waiting for your traffic, we will greatly appreciate it. If not, please reply to this message to let me know you wish to cancel and get a refund, and I will make sure to submit your refund request to our Accounting department.

2. Response. We are behind. We were simply blindsided by the number of support requests. We had projected what we thought the sign up pace would be and planned accordingly. The sign-up rate ended up being eight times faster than projected and we simply did not have enough member support associates to handle the requests. We have increased the number of member support associates, meet daily to address issues and concerns. We are catching up, but are still behind.

3. Salesman. [redacted] can be reached at [redacted]. He is pretty busy, and you may need to leave a message, but he will get back to you. You may also contact him by email at [redacted]@kimballroundy.com. So sorry for the poor communication with him. He is being working as hard as possible, but there have been many requests, and he has had a hard time catching up in returning all messages.

4. Membership level. I discovered you were in fact at the Trainee level, but have now corrected this problem and you are now at the correct membership level. You are a Tycoon member. I apologize for the mistake in our end.

5. Payments. I see that you have successfully completed 3 Custom Tycoon payments of $147.02. Thank you. The next billing will be on August 07, 2014.

6. Refund. We just received your full refund request.Desired Settlement: From 5 Minute Mogul on Aug 04, 2014 at 2:54 pm

Thank you for contacting 5MM Support.

Per your request, I have cancelled your membership, and you will not be billed going forward.

Above is a copy of the last message I received from customer support. I have tried multiple times since to check on my refund status, however they will not respond. I want them to keep their word and refund my money.
