Review: We purchased a 2012 Mercedes Benz ML350 Blue Tec Diesel in July of 2014. In August of 2014, it was taken to Alfano Motorcars for warranty work. The work included repairing the cabin air system due to musty odors coming from the vents. The vehicle was there for 8 days. In February January, vehicle developed an oil leak. It was taken to a local Mercedes-Benz Repair shop (AutoBahn) and it was determined to be a bad rear main seal and would have to go to Alfano Motorcars for warranty repair. The vehicle remained there from Friday through Monday and was towed to Alfano Motorcars and looked at on Tuesday Morning. The vehicle diagnosed by Alfano Motorcars with a leaking rear main seal and it remained there until February 10th. On February 18th, the vehicle began leaking oil again. Alfano Motorcars requested it be taken to a local shop to confirm it was oil and not water. The local shop (Big Brand Tire and Auto) confirmed it was an oil leak. Vehicle was driven to Alfano Motorcars and the issue was a bolt from the turbo that was missed causing an oil leak. Vehicle was there for 2 days. When vehicle returned home on February 20th, a puddle of oil and coolant was now visible on the floor. That same afternoon it was towed back to Alfano Motorcars. Today February 23rd, Alfano Motorcars stated the oil leak was residual from the turbo cooler. The coolant leak was from a vent line under the radiator with a small split. We have been without the use of our vehicle for 26 days of cumulative time. At this point we are concerned with the vehicles reliability and safety going forward.Desired Settlement: This vehicle has been in the repair shop for 26 days and we have only owned the vehicle for 7 months. We feel we have given the dealer adequate opportunity to repair this vehicle. This vehicle is the primary use for my wife transporting 3 children and having been towed twice for oil leak issues I question the safety and reliability of this product.
