Kimball Tirey has been harassing ne for 9 years. They contact my landlords making up lies and even gave my social and address to opposing counsel in a civil suit where I am a Plainyiff. To say they are obsessed is an understatement. Every time they come after me they fail. Last time their client had to pay a lot of money fir imoersonating me at my bank. Now they are at it again. Going to sue then and get an injunction. They had to pay the AG $200k for kicking out our military. And they have lots of suits against them. Go to the CA Bar against them and tell everyone who they are. Eventually they will be shut down.

*** *** is not a client of our law firmIn June of 2015, our law firm was retained byGrand Palm Village Apartments to evict Ms***The lawsuit resulted in a judgment against Ms*** in the amount of $4,In fact, Ms*** stipulated to the judgment that was
taken against herPlease find a copy of the Stipulation for Judgment enclosed.Because Ms*** did not pay the judgment on a voluntary basis, we initiated a garnishment to collect from her on behalf of our client.Recently, Ms*** has claimed that she is entitled to a credit toward the outstanding balance of the judgment that was entered against herShe has provided proof that she is entitled to a creditWe have notified the sheriff to reduce the garnishment to reflect a credit. We believe that Ms***’ dispute has been amicably resolved. Please feel free to call to discuss the matter at your convenience

$payment was made under duress I was being threatened with negative Mark's being placed on my credit report even though the balance was paid in fullPlease be honest and remove the derogatory marks from my credit report

Dear Ms***:Thank you for providing our law firm with a copy of the complaint that was filed by ***Ms*** is not a client of our fmnOur law firm was retained by the abovereferencedPlaintiff over three years ago to evict Ms*** from our client's rental property
fornonpayment of rentThe lawsuit resulted in the judgment which Ms*** alludes to in hercomplaint (a copy is enclosed.)In her complaint, Ms*** indicates that she has been unaware of the lawsuit until recently.Ms*** was personally served with the summons and complaint in May ofShe has hadthree years to resolve the matterDespite our best efforts to garner Ms***'s cooperation forthe past three years, she has failed to honor her financial obligations on a voluntary basisA wagegarnishment was our law firm's last resort.Ms***'s characterization of her con'l.munication with our law firm is disingenuousShe hasbeen patently disrespectful and hostile to more than one of our staff membersWe understand thatemotions can cause persons to engage in contentious behaviorOur law firm takes pride in theability to diffuse contentious telephone calls and we always prefer to cooperate rather than utilizeexpensive and (sometimes) unnecessary judicial enforcement proceedings to professionally pursueour clients' objectives. However, threats of physical force will not be toleratedIn the event that Ms*** againthreatens any member of our law firm, we will take whatever action is necessary to protect thesafety of our personnelWe do not take kindly to menacing behavior and, in this day and age, wedo take threats of physical force very seriously. In the event that Ms*** wishes to speak with me directly, I remain willing to discuss thecase with her in a civil manner and in the spirit of cooperation.Very Truly Yours,KIMBALL, TIREY & STJOHN LLP

Dear MS. [redacted]:My office is in receipt of your letter dated August 1, 2016 regarding [redacted] consumer complaint ID [redacted]. The complaint appears to be based on a 10 day Notice to [redacted] regarding the breach of Ms. [redacted] residential lease for the property located at 601 East Avenue I,...

#116, Lancaster, CA 93535 (“Premises”). My office represents the owners and managers of the Premises. The 10-day Notice to [redacted] was based on Ms. [redacted] material breach of her lease agreement for the Premises, namely, that she continued to allow an aggressive, dangerous, and possibly armed unauthorized individual into the Premises and around the common areas of the residential community. The 10-day Notice to [redacted] was served on July 21, 2016 and expired on August 1, 2016. On or about July 27, 2016, my office received email correspondence from Ms. [redacted] requesting to set up a meeting with management to discuss the proposed termination of her tenancy. My office forwarded said correspondence to management. According to management, management attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] to set up the requested meeting, but Ms. [redacted] elected to vacate the Premises on or about August 8, 2016 instead. No unlawful detainer case was filed against Ms. [redacted].I hope this information resolves the issues addressed in the consumer complaint. Our client is eager to cooperate fully with your Office; should you require anything further, please do not hesitate to contact me. If you wish to discuss this matter, I can be reached at the telephone number and e-mail address above.
