Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Motor home has not been back to us more than 24hrs since the 10th. Kimball's could not figure out the beltsSent RV to *** ** They worked on it for days before releasing it to us. We made it less than hrs and/ormiles before all the belts twisted and broke off leaving us without steering. Waiting on the side of the road hrs before being told it would be another before anyone could come help us. They passed the buck to *** who refused to help. Took hrs before help arrived. No food or heat. Now were in Chimacum WA and are being told the reason for the belt issue is Kimball's forgot to take a picture of how the belts were routed before rem0ving engine and somehow LOST a pulley. This shop (*** *** *** ***) is fabricating a bracket to try to get us by. We are in Great fear for our lives, and feel that we can not trust this vehicle any longer. Florida no longer seems possible and I plan to spend every day I'm able this Winter with a sign in front of Kimball's warning people of my situation. In my opinion Donny E*** is a poor excuse for a businessman or the owner of a service business No Apologies, No Explanations NOTHING I think I may just paint BOYCOTT KIMBALL'S on the side of the RV and have it towed around town. We are almost at the month mark and still not one step closer to Florida. Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: There is no timetable for completion of repair. I have not been advisedof the course of action by Kimballs. It seems they feel they can drag this out forever. I want the Motor home in a baytaking up space making them work on it and get me back to where I was before taking the RV to them. Saying it is not entirely their fault is just absurd. Eventhere own machine shop agrees with my version of events, and they have yet to prove otherwise. The engine got so hot that it damaged both the pistons in the block and the Head (s) What is the issue? Replace the engine so I can have my RV back. I was planning to leave by the first of August, At this rate I will still be without a vehicle MONTHS from now. If they can not devote the effort to get me back my vehicle can it please be taken someplace to be properly repaired by people who know what they are doing?Sincerely,*** ***

I TRYED TO RESLOVE THE BELT SQUEAK BUT COULD NOT SO IN ORDER TO EXPIDITE THE REPAIR , *** AND I AGREED TO SEND THE COACH TO ,*** ** SINCE THEY HAVE PREVIOUSLY WORKED ON THIS COACH...I TOLD *** I WOULD PAY FOR ITI TALKED TO *** AT *** RV, EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM HE STATED IT SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM....LONG STORY SHORT, *** ** DID NOT DO A GOOD REPAIR, CAUSING ADDED DELAYS AND BREAKDOWN FOR ***I EXPLAINED HE NEEDED TO TAKE IT BACK TO *** ** SINCE I PAID THEM TO DO THE JOB.....AT THIS TIME *** AND KIMBALLS ARE ON GOOD TERMS
