I called Kimbel Service to check out my air condition unit, it was not cooling- I got a quick response. When the service technician arrived, he listened to our concern, he determined the issue and it was solved. The technician was professional, experienced, and knowledgable. One of the other items I liked was that the price estimate was accurate and I knew upfront what my cost would be... Outstanding Service and I highly recommend Kimbel Service...

I signed up for annual maintenance service with Kimbel Mechanical to service my heating and air conditioning units. I have been very impressed with this company. They are professional, thorough and friendly.

My A/C stopped working right in May and I called Kimbel Service. They came out immediately and analyzed the situation. They explained several options to me and recommended what they thought would be best. I'll note here that their suggestion was NOT the most expensive option. Their crew who came and installed my new unit was extremely polite and professional. I was also amazed at how thoroughly they cleaned up after themselves! I absolutely love my new smart thermostat and my new unit! It works so much better and is much more efficient than my original one ever was. I could not be more pleased with the quality and service provided by Kimbel Service and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Kimbel Service was just great, we had an A/C issue in a new house that Kimbel installed the unit in. This happened at 8:30 PM and we called our builder Conner, who then called Kimbel, and we received a call from Jason with Kimbel, and he sent a tech out that evening at 10:00 PM, and he fixed the A/C.
We now have maintenance program set up with Kimbel because the have techs available 24/7.
