They did, however, attempt to tell me I was lying an my complaint was not accurateWhen I responded back they then told me that I was in fact correct and the reason others received their orders first was because of paint differencesIn my opinion it should matter what was ordered it should be first come first serveI do not trust the company at all and will never order from them againI would also like to add this issue was resolved because they finally got around to the pistols not because they cared about me or the other customers.

I was experiencing failure to feed problems on a stainless ultra TLE II with crimson trace. I sent back to the manufacturer and made a number of what I would consider to be manufacturing corrections, fully replacing a portion of the assembly. When they returned it to me that had gouged a non-reparable scratch into the slide stop. I first called their customer service. Then I emailed one of their CSRs a picture of the scratch. I asked for prompt resolution which the CSR assured me would occur. Since then I have heard no response. I have reached out to the COO as well as the President of Kimber trying to get a response. The fact that they are NOT Revdex.com accredited is very disturbing to me. Their REF on this issue is **SSN**.

Review: I arranged for Kimber to install Kimber 3 dot white sights-RMA39061 on 10/*/15. 36$ for the work and 10$ for shipping. I mailed the slide and Kimber 3 dot WHITE SIGHTS OEM together via [redacted] within days. They called me to say they had received them on a Wends but wouldnt get them done till Mond. ETA 3-4 weeks turn around. Called again in 10 days and they said" they had a question as to wether I wanted day or nite site" Since I said on the phone DAY sites and all that was in the box were day sites- go figure? At no time did kimber call or email me to ask what I wanted done as to my 'problem' I didnt know I had one till I called. Then I called again and paid more on my credit card to have it shipped 2 DAY [redacted] so Fri it should have been here but [redacted] sends me a notice it wont come till monday I paid for Fri cause you screwed up already- and cust service was a joke todayDesired Settlement: Thers so much more- we dont have pages for their stupid mistakes. I want my finished slide with installed sites by Fri and I want a shipping charge adjustment and an appology

Review: I began my order process in June 2013 which took there months just to place an order for custom deployment pistols. We ordered 30 pistols which is minuscule compared to the much larger orders kimber usually receives. When we finally were able to place our order we were told the pistols would be done January to February. I figured this was fair due to the custom nature of the pistols. Well, January and February passed and now we are in April, nearing May, and still no pistols. It would also appear they were not even started until the beginning of this month. I have also been informed that other orders which were placed well after mine have already been completed and received. These other orders were much larger than ours so it seems our small order of 30 was put to the side while larger orders took precedence. The service is absolutely terrible and I will never use kimber again for anything. I completely regret ordering through them and of course we cannot receive refunds so we are stuck dealing with this company until God knows when. This is unsatisfactory and if I were the owner I would be embarrassed with my business. I'm sure this complaint will fall on deaf ears since it is obvious the company does not care about their customers. They only care about the money they are receiving. My advice, never order or purchase a kimber. Not worth the hassle and frustration. I wish I would have listened to others before I made this choice.Desired Settlement: First and foremost I would like my order fulfilled. I would also like some sort of compensation for myself and the other Marines who have been waiting for a $1000 item they purchased last august. At least and apology for the way we have been treated.

Review: My name is [redacted]. I placed a order for a [redacted] Classic Carry Pro firearm at my local kimber dealer ( [redacted]'s gun shop ) 09/**/12.[redacted]'s placed the order the next day with [redacted] 09/**/12.When I placed the order I was told the build time was 6-7 months. After waiting ** months I contacted [redacted]. I have spoke to 4 different customer service reps and the account manager for [redacted]'s. No one can tell me when I will receive my firearm. I have read that none of these guns have been shipped yet. I have a 2000.00 dollar investment in the gun and a custom pair of grips that I had made for this firearm. The gun has been paid for in full for many months. I am not asking for my money back I just want to know when I will receive my gun. I know [redacted]'s would give me a refund but I have too much time into this sale not to get the gun I ordered . I am only asking for a date of when I will receive my firearm. Please help me. [redacted] Mfg,, Inc. ("[redacted]") understands the concerns expressed by Mr. [redacted]. Please

note that Mr. [redacted] purchased the firearm from an independent Federal Firearms Licensee

dealer, and not directly from [redacted], and further, that due to extremely high market demand

there is a wait time associated with the product that Mr. [redacted] ordered from said independent dealer.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] have spoken and reached a muhmlly agreeable final resolution in the matter. The resolution is that Mr. [redacted]'s firearm

is scheduled to be delivered on [redacted], November **, 20** to the independent Federal Firearms Licensee

Dealer where Mr. [redacted] made his purchase. Mr. [redacted] will then deal directly with said Dealer to effechmte the completion of the purchase

and transfer as required by law. We believe that both parties are satisfied with this resolution, and we consider

this matter resolved.
