I was experiencing failure to feed problems on a stainless ultra TLE II with crimson trace I sent back to the manufacturer and made a number of what I would consider to be manufacturing corrections, fully replacing a portion of the assembly When they returned it to me that had gouged a non-reparable scratch into the slide stop I first called their customer service Then I emailed one of their CSRs a picture of the scratch I asked for prompt resolution which the CSR assured me would occur Since then I have heard no response I have reached out to the COO as well as the President of Kimber trying to get a response The fact that they are NOT Revdex.com accredited is very disturbing to me Their REF on this issue is **SSN**
