Kimberly Brown Roofing

They did a great job on our new roof. It looks great. There was virtually no mess when they were done. We have pretty extensive plantings around our foundations -- like plants in every available square inch :-) . A couple had some broken leaves but we actually expected a lot more damage. We were very pleased at how well Kimberly & crew worked around our plantings.
The owner and her lead carpenter were on the job every day so I felt we were getting great attention. The job wasn't just subcontracted out to the lowest bidder. And they were friendly and easy to work with. There were no surprise charges at the end (some extra sheathing had to be put down to replace unexpected rot, but that possibility was detailed in the contract).
I hope to never put on another roof. If I had to, I would hire Kimberly Brown again.

Kimberley brown and staff did an excellent job with 1) giving us advice on the best product for our roof, 2) doing the complete tear-off 3) completely cleaning up the debris without damage to our shrubs 4) application of the new shingles and gutter guards. I have used Kimberly Brown Roofing for two different jobs now. This summer she replaced my garage roof. Her price was about two-thirds the cost of other estimates. Her crew was fast, polite and neat. Cleanup was thorough. Kimberley was up on the roof checking their work twice. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I contracted w/ K Brown Roofing after getting 3 other estimates from "big" local companies. She was the only person to actually go up on the roof to inspect and measure, the others used satellite imaging. Job was completed ahead of schedule in 1 day by a crew of 8 experienced, hard working guys. Overall job Very Good, price mid-range w/ others. Only quibble was with clean-up, which was visually good but their magnetic "sweeper" was either full of nails from prior job or not adjusted right as many nails were found in the grass later.
