I purchased the new Poise ultra thin pads with wings recently thinking that it described just what I needed. I have been purchasing the regular pads for years now but found they were not working for me as far as comfort. Well, kept trying to stick the wings under as instructed but they seemed to small & would not adhere. The pad itself would not lie flat. In fact. one day it just fell into the toilet since it was not sticking like the usual pad. Very dissatisfied with this product. Think some corrections need made. Thank you.

I just want to have the business recognized for handling my complaint efficiently I bought a bigger size than usual because the package came with coupons, when I opened it, I searched a few times to not find anny coupons nor a rewards codes that I redeem online I called and they handled everything wonderfully Added the points to my account and sent out those coupons They are customer friendly
