Review: In February of last year my mother past away at this facility. I went to their business office to see if there was any unpaid portion of her bill. [redacted] informed me that Medicaid had settled everything. Everything was right. I kept getting a bill from this facility. On April 19, 2013 I contacted their office AGAIN. Once again I asked her if there was anything left to her bill because I was still receiving a bill from them. The repeated answer was NO!! To this day I am still getting a bill. I see this as harassment. Just last week I received a letter from a [redacted] stating that there is a balance of $371.89. That if this is not paid it will be sent to a collection agency. I called him up on the tenth of this month. Explained to him what I have already written in this complaint. I will be contacting a lawyer on top of this complaint. This is harrassement and they are grabbing at straws to scam people, especially dead ones, for money. It's been a year and a half since she has been gone. When will it ever end?! If they want to play games I will see them in court. I WILL not have my mother pay for this nonsense from her grave. I will further contact the media if I am forced too.Thank youDesired Settlement: I don't care which way it's settled. By court or by the B.B.B
