Bad for business, scam artist. Will take your money and disappear. When you reach out to her, she has a dozen excuses. She will lie and say the low bankruptcy fee you paid her was for legal consultation. She didn't even show up in court with me. Do not waste your time, or go to her fake Broad St location in Newark that's only rented by her hourly for meeting with clients.

Review: I obtain ms Kimberly Tyler a famil lawyer,to represent me in my family divorce settlement and she agreed. her fee for what I needed done was 1000.00 dollar which I paid in full and receive my receipt.after almost a year approaches I contact her to find out what's going on ,she said she to busy so I immediately request a refund .she agree to it and as time passes I reach out again asking for my money she became nasty with emails stating she had bills to bill and she will send me what she has .I then took her to court where I won my complaint .she calls me stating u won but a judge can't make me pay u any sooner so I paid for someone to deal with getting my money it been 20 /15dollars so far I would like to warn customers of her and now I'm was told she has several cases against her please help stop her. Desired Settlement: She settle her debt with me

I WORKED ON CASE. CLIENT SUED ME BECAUSE I WAS NOT FAST ENOUGH. I AM IN PROCESS OF GIVING HER A REFUND. SO FAR OVER $300.00 HAS BEEN REFUNDED. I HAVE BEEN PAYING HER IN PARTIAL PAYMENTS. I CANNOT PAY WHAT I DO NOT HAVE. MY INCOME IS VERY LOW.

After dealing with Ms. Tyler for almost 2 years, I got absolutely nothing done!!
She only sat down and met with me when I was making my initial consultation and payment for her services. After that, I never received another call from her and never saw her face again. Even when I left paperwork for her at her make-shift office, she "never received" it and never responded.
When I did get a response, it was some testimonials of how great an attorney she is and how she has helped so many?! Over a year later, I checked in and my divorce status was as though I never even did a single thing. She did absolutely zero!! Oh, by the way, I never received my money back!!
So, if you feel like donating money to her practice and eventually want to have nothing done for you other that being ignored by someone you paid for services, then she's the right person!
This was an absolute nightmare. Thanks Kimberly Tyler Esq for wasting almost 2 years of my life waiting for your help and getting no excuses. And it's okay, I know you said you don't have the money to pay me back for the services I paid in full......keep it!! That's my gift to you. Have a blessed day.
