BEWARE!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. This apartment complex should be shut down. Management is the worst I have ever experienced. Living here for 4 months has been awful. I had a broken heater in January, the day I moved in. I have been on 4 pest control lists because of roaches and little worms that I find on my counter, in cabinets and on the floor. it was never taken care of. The AC in my apartment has been broken at least twice. It has currently been broken for a week with no end in sight. I have spoken to the manager herself who took down my grievances with promises to get to the bottom of things. That never happened. Management refuses to give me the phone number to the Corporate office and I have asked for it 5 times now. Hot water has been turned off without notice and had I not complained, management never would have mentioned it. Maintenance never leaves work orders when they enter my apartment. I have asked the manager to make sure they leave a notice letting me know they have been in my apartment but it's never happened. Save yourself the headache.
