Kimbers Creations RV Skirting & Upholstery

Kimbers Creations manufactured the skirting for our Fifth wheel which is under lifetime warranty for as long as we own the fifth wheel. We contacted them by e-mail as the skirting required repairs, they promised they would come the next time they were in the area but they never contacted us. They even came to while we were there and never came to see us. We found out Kimbers had been at the Resort through another camper and only after Kimbers had left the area. A neighbour at told us that she was having the same issue, that she had been getting the same promises from Kimbers but they had never called her or done the repairs. After multiple calls to various RV dealers, no one could direct us to a business which would do the repairs. While looking for a business which could do repairs to our truck bed cover, we went to in West Kelowna and asked if they also did repairs to fifth wheel skirting. is very busy in other areas of business but they still accepted to do the repairs although it is not common for them to do that kind of repairs. The repairs were done by in May and in August. We are very satisfied with the result and would like to obtain a refund from Kimbers Creations Ltd.
