Review: Kimberton Glass installed mirrors in my master bath when the house was built in 1998. One of the wall mirrors fell off ~ 5 years ago and was replaced. On June 7 of this year, the entire mirrored wall fell down; glass completely covered the floor of the bathroom and filled the bathtub. Luckily, no one was injured by the falling glass. We called the owner of the company,described the issue and asked him to set a date to see the damage and replace the mirrored wall. We spoke with him multiple times and to date have received no response.Desired Settlement: We want the mirrored wall replaced at no charge ASAP.
