Attempted to place an order only to be left on hold and then finally yelled at.On Oct 2, 2015, I called Kimble Fish Co to place an order for me and my co-worker. I recommend this place because I have had very good fish from them before. At 12:03pm, I called to only get put on hold which is understandable (since it is lunch time) but then I began to hear the individual speak about her not attending the fair because her grandson said that she was too old to go and so for. So after waiting so long I disconnect the call. After waiting awhile and trying to call back (several attempts)...I finally got an answer (only to get put on hold again).....I began to hear the worker/manager talk about a drunk by stander that was entering store. So finally after 15 minutes, she returned dialing numbers and then clicked over on the line. So I waited awhile cause I knew she was a doing a police call and called back. At this point I expressed my thoughts on how placing my order was being handled only to get yelled at.....and told that there were customers in the store that needed to be handled first. Which is understandable but you have a customer on the line that is trying to place an order as well. Then she started screaming about how she had a drunk individual in the store and needed to call law inforcement....that had nothing to do with me I just wanted to place an order at a place that I occassionally buy fish from. She then began to scream "What do you want?" I replied nothing. After feeling some kind of way about the service received I called back to speak with management only to find out that she was the manager (reason understood for her actions). But then the yelling started again. 1) Me as a customer and employed as a customer service representaive can understand how frustrating it can be when you are very busy but regardless of the issue, your frustration should not be taken out on the customers. 2)Even if it is lunch hours and you have to place customers on hold....at least come back to phone let the customer know that you have not forgotten about them. Desired SettlementI would like for this issue to be resolved within the store and I would like to be contacted by the store owner.
