Kimble Recycling & Disposal

Living in Westlake, Ohio the city uses Kimble as it’s trash service. The residents on Rose Road (north side between Columbia and Canterbury Road) have had their trash picked up once within a 3 week period. Trash service is supposed to be weekly. I called Kimble this morning at 8:30am and explained the situation and was told a truck would be dispatched today to remove the trash. It is now 7pm and no truck has showed up for the residents on this street. Dumpster carts and bags of trash will again accumulate on everyone’s tree-lawns for another week. There seems to be no follow up from anyone on Kimble. It’s sad and unfortunate that the city can’t keep their well compensated vendors in line. Spring and summer will certainly bring a new meaning to summer in bloom, with the stench of rotting, fermenting garbage overflowing on residents tree lawns.

I paid for one whole year of trash pick up, never even got an invoice, none at all, when I called this company they said they don't refund my money in a mid quarter all I get is the last quarter refund, this company is a rip off I advise anyone not to deal with this company at allthey are thieves

The company has reviewed the complaint and has sent a driver back to remedy the situation We will take the note into consideration to update our website with restrictions on placing out upholstered items as well as mattresses in the future to better serve the needs of our customers As of Friday, March 4, the company has picked up all trash at said residence

Upon receipt of this complaint I called customer as we have had issues with getting to residence due to weather We did send a driver out to get cleaned up and instructed driver if unable to try and do a hand pickup or let dispatch know so we can at least make a call out to customer to explain why we are unable to service
