Review: I called kimble's prior to going in and told them I would like a 4x4 and saw online a couple of [redacted], they asked me to come in and speak with [redacted]. So my family and I went down there and looked at 4 [redacted]s [redacted] kept trying to get me to look at a smaller vehicle even though I told mike I want a 4x4 with more room. So then I find the [redacted] that was listed online as a 4x4 and it looked really nice so I test drove it. He stated it was an AWD (all wheel drive) similar to a 4x4, so while we test drove the [redacted] it was making a noise in the rear, he stated it was a normal sound and it was nothing. We get back to the dealership and was told we would negotiate a price and it won't be the list price, so we did the paperwork. We we're told the next day we had to take papers to the finance company, so we did. A couple days later we found out they raised the price by $50 and also after we we're talking to a friend of ours that is also a mechanic told us that the vehicle was not a 4x4 neither AWD that they lied to us and its only 2wd. So we looked at the paperwork and it stated 2wd. If they would have told me it was only 2wd I wouldn't have bought the [redacted]. I called kimble's and talked to mike and he claims he told me it was 2wd and I told him if it was 2wd I would not have bought it because I was only loooking for a 4x4. He told me that he would talk to the owner about my options. Not even 5 mins later he calls and said they will only fix the noise problems and I'm stuck with the vehicle.Desired Settlement: I have been trying to get them to take this vehicle back and put me in a 4x4 that I went there for in the first place that is not a piece of crap or take the vehicle and I'll go elsewhere.

I called the business and he stated that the car is not running right but in order for the business to look at the problem the customer will need to bring the vehicles back into to have it looked at by the business.

They have not given me a bill or service order. They only cleared codes that popped up when my check engine light came on in new vehicle they switched with the [redacted]. It still runs rough and the mechanic told me they ordered a part. Waiting on the part to come if they even ordered it. I finally got the strong gas smell out no thanks to them.

Review: I recently recieved a [redacted] from this company. it has had problems with it since day one. when we received the vehicle after test driving it smelled horrible of gas, they could not solve the issue. then it has been in and out of their shop for the same problem that is said to be fixed everytime!! Now it has left my wife and kids in the middle of the road on a cold morning. It does not start or run, and the codes reading are the same problem plus some. they said it was the computer and they refuse to fix it and wont honor our warranty, and also recommended we go to another shop which I refuse to pay full price for repair when they should know whats wrong but they wont fix it.I have tried to work with them, but all they want to do is argue, yell and screw you over. I had a vehicle prior to this vehicle that had known problems and also was stated wrong on description that is why we went with the yukon. This is a very crooked dealership who should not be open, if everyone only knew how they really treat their customers they would not want to go there. They are scam artist, and I refuse to do any business with them nor reccomend them after/when we settle this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay off my loan that I got for this vehicle, plus the money that I have already put into the vehicle which was $500. I do not trust them to give me a check, nor money order. I will only accept cash, so that I may give it to my finance company to pay the loan off completely.

I spoke with [redacted] from the business and she stated that the consumers had a different car and they were not happy with it. The company worked with the consumer and the finance company to work the price of the truck down. They got the price down to the amount the finance would loan. They have a 30 day 50/50 warranty on the truck. The truck broke down and the consumer called the mechanic that is a family friend to come look at the car. [redacted] stated that they sent the mechanic with a scan tool to pull the code. The code was pulled and the truck was towed to the shop. There was an estimate given for the repair to the consumer. The business has extended the 30 day 50/50 warranty for the consumers. The truck is waiting for them to come pick up.

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

That they are going to extend a warranty on a vehicle that does not run and will not run properly. I no longer wish to have the vehicle due to all the defects. It is a lemon and that is that. I would like them to take the vehicle back since I was not happy with it and I brought it back before we had it for 30 days even though it had tons of defects. I would like them to purchase back their defective vehicle and pay off the finance company. Also my "family friend" was not the only mechanic to look at the vehicle while in their possession, after he looked at it the first time they told him he was not allowed to touch the vehicle that another mechanic would work on it.

Review: I financed a car from them I always paid my car note at one point in time I was going to be a day or two late so. I called them explained my situation they told me ok adked when I woul make my payment and I told them well in my contract. I am allow ten days after my due date. be for it will be repossed and the day I told them I would pay would be the twelfth day so ob the eleventh day they came blocked my car in while I was in a store and told me it was being repossesed ok with that being said the next day I called then asking what I would have to pay to get my car back they then told me I would have to pay the remaing balance to pay the car off in full and the interest for the remaining months now in my contract it says that if I pay it. off be for the year is up the interest is cheaper how can they do that?????Desired Settlement: My car was taken and held unlawfully I had to miss some days of work and then I had to pay people to take me to work. I want ti be reimbursed for that

Spoke with [redacted] from the company and she states they have a 10 day payment policy the consumer was passed due for car payments resulting in the vehicle being taken. They also gave the consumer a chance to make smaller payments which also resulted in late or no payments. The worked with the consumer to reduce her fees to finance her vehicle.
