They did not deliver my items as scheduled in October and promised me a refund of 85.79 for there error.
They did not deliver my mattresses on 10/29/18 as scheduled so they took the $85.79 and applied it a dinette set. On 11/17/18 they called and said a sofa fell on the dinette set and a new one would be in 2 weeks and they would deliver that along with the sofa and chair. They did not try to accommodate with anything and I called the Kimbrells corporate office on 11/17/18 and explained what I was told. Corporate said someone would call me and that I would be accommodated to have a dinette set for Thanksgiving and I never heard from anyone not even and apology. 6 weeks later a second holiday without any furniture and they have not offered to accommodate me in anyway. 12/18/18 I went to the store for full refund. They refunded the dinette set, the payment for the sofa and chair but not the $85.79 that was charge to my furniture *** account. I've called for the pass 4 days and Kelly the credit manager continues to give me stories that Les F has not be in the office for 4 days and has been working at another store. I inquired as to why she didn't call him and let him know the situation. She said she called and he said he was going to call her back but never returned her call.

Desired Outcome

I want a cash refund of the $85.79 and a free dinette set and sofa and chair for the inconvenience of not having furniture for two holidays. The sofa and chair was at the store the entire time but instead of them delivering so I could have something they wanted to wait and deliver it when the dinette set arrive since once again they were not charging me for delivery because of the mishap of the broken dinette. I think they actually made a mistake and sold the dinette set and told me it got broke. I asked the salesman to send me pictures and he didn't.

Consumer purchased a dinette that had a limited supply. The dinette had been sold and consumer was informed we would order one for her and she agreed. The consumer came in and decided she did not want to wait and cancelled the order. Since we did not deliver, we do not owe her a refund.

The response from Kimbrells is not what happened. My detail complaint is what happened. The refund is for mattress set that was delivered late they were not suppose to charge me for deliverly and the did. They told me they broke the dinette set. They didn't say it was sold out. Kimbrells is lying can you please advise how I can expose them to the media.
