Could not complete program due to very unsafe & unprofessional yard training crew. Unsafe to the point where another student was injured due to training crew not supervising or paying attention. Unprofessional to the point where the trainers laughed and picked at students for not being able to perform the maneuvers that trainers where supposed to be teaching. I was told that refunds were prorated when enrolling but any and all funds where refused to be returned when I expressed dissatisfaction with the unprofessional yard training crew. Only 2 and a half days on the yard being bullied by the trainers and all funds taken. After notifying management of the issue the only response was to tell me they would fix it then try to move me to a weekend class only to be put back on the yard with the same bullies. Terrible company.

Billing Adjustment I only attended half of the program and feel that half of my funds should be returned.
All students are provided with a copy of their signed contracts that outline the refund policy. If an individual has reached the 9th day (9 out of 18 days of training or 50%) there is no refund due to the student. GDA has an open door policy and any student can present any problems to management and those issues are addressed. The student was given an opportunity to switch to our weekend program from the full time program, which would allow the student to work as they receive training. The student agreed to move to our weekend class to complete their training and GDA will honor the opportunity for the student to return to complete their training.

I did not complete 50% of the program. At least 25% of the funds should be returned. I left the program before lunch on January 30th. January 30th was not a complete day of training.
