While changing roof they damaged AC lingDuring Texas summer we where out of AC for months [redacted] was not ready to except issue cause so we had to take AC repair company reviewsAt last [redacted] repaired it with my expenseDamage was done by roofer and I had to pay $ for it Before signing contract make sure to clarify

Since moving to our home over years ago, we've had a string of contractors who make big promises and fail to deliver Tim Jackson, the project manager, made sure the job was high quality, repairing a leak along our chimney that other had attempted to repair and failed They have awesome communication and customer service Would HIGHLY recommend their services!!

As a result of the hailstorm in Wylie, our roof was totaled and our fence was damaged Plenty of folks knocked on our door...free estimates, etc.! After meeting Russell with Kime roofing, however, our decision was madeThroughout the process, all questions were answered, concerns addressed, and work completed as expected Russell was informative, quick to respond, honest, and easy to work with! Despite the circumstances, working with Kime Roofing was a very pleasant experience and we wouldn't hesitate to refer them to others or to work with them again in the future

I want to thank Tim Jackson and all the folks at *** Roofing for getting my roof replaced and working with me on all the details and helping me through the processTim was great, very professional, and I am glad I had someone like him to help meHe was always responsive to my numerous texts and calls and helped make the process much easierI was very appreciative of him being here with the insurance adjustor and working with him to make sure that all items relative to the hail damage from the April hail event were documentedHe walked me thru everything and I really appreciated it, the new roof looks great! After the Spring Storms, my wife found through the neighborhood Facebook page the recommendation of Kime Roofing & Construction It sounded like a good company and local So my wife contacted them and a sale person name Alton Adkison showed up and we walked around the house for the things that needed repair, Alton stated that the reason Facebook was pushing their company is because they offer a finder's fee for any one that use them that was recommended by someone and that they tell them We did recommend them to a friend and they stated that we recommended them, they replaced their roof, but they did not get a permit as required as far as I know and they never acknowledged the finder's fee or pay
Alton stated he would show up when our insurance agent showed up to assess the damage and fight for any items that the agent might not want to cover He did show up with the agent, but he did not really do anything but follow him around My wife had to work these details out with the agent, so him being there was really a waste of time and energy
We agreed to use Kime Roofing Alton and the owner Russell showed up to get the contract signedWe did sign and stated we wanted to wait on the actual Roof replacement until after the rainy season was over, they agreed, but we wanted to start immediately to repair the broken windows and the fence My wife works from home, so we stated that scheduling would be needed so that house could be available to the contractors to do their work Alton and Russell agreed to these terms Nothing happened for almost days, my called and left messages and got no response from Alton or from the company Finally Alton called on June 7, and stated he had been in hospital , ok we can handle that, but why did the company not cover for him?
Alton said he would get a window person over My wife stated she wanted to know who it was by name and wanted a date approximate time he would show up Very reasonable request Nothing back from anyone until June 16, a guy knocks on door, my wife answered and he stated he was there to look at broken windows My wife was working at the time and in the middle of something, so she stated for him to have Kime Roofing contact her to schedule as requested, she did not know who he was and he did not offer full name or show any kind of ID, and there was nothing on his truck showing he worked for Kime or was even a subcontractor He left and we got nothing from Kime or Alton again
We sent an e-mail June 29, to cancel the contract for failure to perform the work they had contracted with us and did not seem to care about our business, which was substantial
Finally on July 19, close to months after contract was signed they acknowledged the request and wished us well finding a contractor
Not once did the Management of Kime even try to find out why they lost our businessI reviewed this company recently and every web page goes to their web page They have been in business since 1989, a member of the Revdex.com only since June I can only find references and no negative remarks for a business this old Seems like there should be a lot more information about this company

Used Kime roofing to repair / replace our roof from Aprils hail storms in Wylie. The whole process was very easy and painless thanks to Kime roofing. From beginning to end they explained everything needed and how the process would work. I would and have highly recommend them for repairs. Hopefully will not have to do this again but if we do, we will call Kime roofing again.

They went above and beyond to meet my needs and accommodate my schedule when needed. With several thousand homes hit by this storm, they treated my home like it was the only one they were working on. Being a single home owner going through this myself, I couldn't have do it without [redacted].

Kime Roofing & Construction are great! I had a broken window after a hail storm, and they were out here same day and it was fixed quick. The crew is friendly and professional! You can tell they care about their customers!

Our house was hit by a horrible hail storm in April 2016 that left us with many busted out windows, holes in our roof, and glass in our carpet. The total amount of damage to our house was around 35K. As you can imagine, not only were we devastated, but our entire city was devastated by the damages. I tried calling around to find a contractor to come out to board up my house the next day, but due to the amount of damage to the area it was hard to find someone. My insurance company recommended Kime Roofing so I gave them a call. To my surprise, they picked up and told me they would have someone out there by that evening. He was true to his word. By that evening, my house was boarded up and my roof was tarped up to prevent further damage. I also met with my project manager Mr. [redacted] Adkison who worked with my husband and I through the entire time. I cannot say enough great things about Kime Roofing and [redacted] The entire process went smoothly and Alton made sure that the damages prioritized in the most sensible order meaning that windows and roof came before our fence. They also worked with our insurance adjuster and within our budget. [redacted] also came to every appointment when I asked him to when we were getting quotes for items within the house, such as flooring.
I appreciate their concern for us even though I know they had other houses that had just as much damage. If you want a contractor who will treat you like you are apart of a family, who works within your budget, and works effectively and efficiently then you cannot go wrong with Kime Roofing.
