I ordered a product from this company, through [redacted]. I never have a problem with [redacted]. I needed to return the items, only to be told not only do I have to pay the return shipping (which was not the issue) but a 30% restocking fee. With both these costs there really isn't much of a refund. Customers should be informed of the restocking fee before they purchase. .
