From my very first step into their shop to the completion of the work in my home, Kimi's Carpets Plus treated me like a ViP. I was impressed with their professionalism, but also their personal touch, friendliness and caring about their product, installation and customer satisfaction. I also love that it truly is a family business. I had the whole family in my house at once, doing carpet and linoleum!! They were great. If you want good personal service, I recommend Kimi and her clan!!
