Good evening, this response is to serve as a written statement in reference to the complaint filed by [redacted] Attached is a copy of the receipt issued, what the receipt looks like upon receipt to the customer, and photo copies of ea step to my receiving a authorized payment Upon serving [redacted] her cost was $as charged I entered rhe amount swiped her card the signature and tip screen are on the same display where it shows the amounr charged The next screen shows where to send tge receipt via text ir email then the next screen says thanks and new sale Its impossible to process a payment without the card a d signed authorization I didn't steal anything nor would I ever place my business, my integrity, character or reputation in harm I did have a conversation via text with [redacted] requesting her gift back she stated she made a mistake..I advised her that I would settle with her after service and she became persistant and made me feel like I owed her a return on her gift and I realized I dont so I chose not to return my tip/gift or donation I have no reason to take from anyone client or Not I value my integrity and work She has filed charges saying she made a mistake now she is saying I stole it I have witnesses that will verify she paid on her own and that she never said a word about a payment error The attachments show a current customer paying and the process as well as the stylus/pen used to sign

Good day, my name is Kimberly E[redacted] of Kimistry Hair Studio.  I am the owner and operator of Kimistry Hair Studio. On August 15, 2017 I received a complaint from Revdex.com and this email is to stand as my reaponse to the complaint filed by [redacted].  First I must address her...

statement that the salon seem "weird" or "strange". Kimistry stands on the Lord as I do, we operate under a Godly atmosphere at all times with praise in the air Gospel music and worship on a daily basis it's what I, Kim E[redacted] stand on daily not only at my salon yet my life.  As for my location yes it may be center city however the Spirit of the Lord is very present, what goes on outside isnt any of my or the salons business.  Now to the issue at hand her tip/gift or any other of my ladies I have never nor will I ever abuse them through fraud. We at Kimistry Hair Studio have multiple lady's/ clients or are disabled whether mentally or physically as well as real elderly ladies the dest being 86.  [redacted] chose to give a custom tip/gift by pressing the custom dot located on the top of the screen of a creditcard payment which is not located where a customer would sign.  Also the amount signed for is located at the top if the screen visible to any patron before agreeing to sign and approve the transaction.  Each transaction is then followed by a receipt sent directly to the customer to veiw.  This means the customer has 2 times to veiw the amount authorized.  Kimistry Hair Studio stands for great customer care.  We have never forced anyone to tip/gift a stylist or the salon.  As for tips I have received cash and gifts of all kinds upto clients donating to my vacation or hair trips, car payments, etc. so upon my receipt of he tip I thanked God for her generosity paid tithes, the fees to process the donation and a gift offering unto my pastor.  I thank her for her tip/gift. Then I received a call 4 days later not the day of but 4 days of her wanting it back. I dont believe I should have to rerurn a gift especially when it was a custom gift that only the card holder can do when authorizing the transactions.  Attached you will find a copy of what or looks like on the signature screen which is when a customer can decide tip or customize a gift then sign, what the receipt looks like when received by text for a customer to view. I am rejecting this response because: I did not say the "I made a mistake".  After making several attempts to call Ms. E[redacted], her daughter called me back.  At that point I said "your Mother made a mistake and charged my credit card too much!" And that I needed my money put back into my account ASAP.  After that I started getting text messages from Ms. E[redacted] stating that I gave her a "Custom Tip/Gift"  which is totally untrue.  I gave Ms. E[redacted] a cash tip of $2.00 in her hand and left the salon.  She is saying that "It was a gift!  I was only at her salon three times.  thing
