I am rejecting this response because:
This business has not contacted us since our submission to try to resolve our issues. It appears they will not settle as a settlement would mean an admission of fault in performing dishonest business practices and taking advantage of their customer base. I would prefer this claim closed however our posting submitted on the Revdex.com website for this company for the public to be able to review and come up with their own decisions on whether or not to use this company.If closing the claim means our original submission is not going to be uploaded on your website for this company then it must stay open and we are still seeking $3400 in settlement charges for damages caused by Kimmel Heating and Cooling representative to our furnace. We have attached a picture of the holes that were bored into our furnace damaging the integrity of the unit as well as a picture of the crack the Kimmel representative showed my wife on their camera machine during their initial visit to our home. We have another photograph with a time date and location stamp proving that this was indeed a photograph not a fabricated photograph as Kimmel is representing. Scoping tools as an industry standard have a photo/video feature that allows data to be stored so Kimmel's response is misleading and untrue. The unit undamaged unit shown to Mike K[redacted] was the unit from our home and we have photos of that unit in our home with time and location stamps proving that they were taken the day of the repair and date shown to Mike K[redacted].Thank you.[redacted]

Tell us why here...all the events leading up to his claim of dishonest/misleading conduct are true -that service did happen, BUT we do not have a camera that store pictures so any picture taken by his wife was a real time picture,so our belief is the heat exchanger they brought to the home...

depot parking lot was not the heat exchanger out of the furnace stated. that is the reason we needed model and serial number to verify heat exchanger style..as a company I will and do back all our service and installs work -if in fact we misdiagnosed his or anyone customer we would need to be contacted at that time to remedy the situation .. we were not informed of any issue so we could not possibly remedy it if in fact it was true! we drill wholes to locate heat exchanger issues and plug with duct plugs designed for hvac application . when I first offered any furnace replacement option it was before all the facts were obtained.now after  further reviewing the situation we clearly see we are not at fault in any way and if we were given the proper chance we could have remedied this without any issue. we made many attempts to contact homeowner to schedule his install and never recieved a call back .  we diagnosed the problem and offered a solution , he claimes we misdiagnosed and he chose a different route of repair with a different contractor.. we were not given a chance to see if in fact his statement was true or not... we have never nor will we ever mislead or be dishonest in any way to obtain business!!
