Revdex.com: I have spoken with the business and they have agreed to take my truck in on Monday Feb 1st and to look at/repair itI am satisfied with this and hope that my issues are fixed.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11103857, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Mr*** originally brought his vehicle in on 6/23/complaining of an intermitant harsh coast downshift and intermitantly dropping a gear while drivingComplaint was easily reproduced and large amounts of debris and particulate were found in the transmission panTransmission was rebuilt and
delivered back to him on 6/25/2015.On two separate occasions, Mr*** returned the vehicle complaining that the intermitant harsh downshift had re-manifestedOn both occasions, we put multiple test drive miles on the vehicle and were unable to duplicate the complaintAdditionally, Mr*** drove the vehicle with the myself, and he was unable to produce any symptoms eitherAs there were no symptoms of any problems or failures, there was no logical reason to perform many additional or warranty repairs. The cooler to which he refers, was leaking and we quoted him for a replacement for which he declinedSince this time, Mr*** never made any contact to complain, nor inform us of any ongoing problems or complaintsWe proudly back our product and are happy to perform warranty repairs when necessaryWe welcome Mr*** to return and have us perform any necessary repairs under the year 24k mile warranty extended with his original repair
