entire? cost? of repairs? was $2,which the customer couldn't afford at the time so they decided to? get just a? tune up and oil change which cost? $on January 6th 2017, even though we had warned them it was best to get everything done at once to prevent further leakingmonths later the customer? returned and? got just the? entire cost of repairs was $2,534.00 which the customer couldn't afford at the time so they decided to get just a tune up and oil change which cost $320.00 on January 6th 2017, even though we had warned them it was best to get everything done at once to prevent further leaking. 4 months later the customer returned and got just the Rack & Pinion replace. We included a free engine oil clooler seal too. As you can see in our estimates, the P/S steering hose is present in the initial estimate which the customer refused to get repairs done on. When the vehicle was first brought in, we had the power steering pressure hose included as well as the rack and pinion and the tune up. All three things required maintenance and the customer decided to do them in parts separately. The customer was fully aware of all the issues from the beginning and is responsible for getting repairs done to their vehicle in a timely manner. A vehicle that runs without repairing is prone to further damages and issues.
