I am rejecting this response because:
I talked to the shop at kims they gave me a paper saying what they check for on a used car before selling it.I have a copy of the paper plus text messages from [redacted] who sold me the car telling me she thought it had air and she thought they checked all that. If they don't agree to fix it 8 have no choice to take the info I have to the court in [redacted] county. And I can and will post signs up about how they do business.
Tell us why here... It is never our intent to check someone's credit without their permission. I checked the complaint, and their signatures are not only on the application, but just below the following statement in bold letters......I HEREBY AUTHORIZE DEALER TO OBTAIN...
CREDIT INFORMATION TO EXPEDITE MY PURCHASE AND TO SEE IF I QUALIFY FOR ANY SPECIAL PROGRAMS..... I apologize for any misunderstanding, but our policies are in place to make sure the customer can see in writing exactly what is needed to obtain financing. The banks use the customers credit score to determine qualifications for rate, and term.
