customer that filed the complaint is not a new customer. She has ordered for years now, but she does order different sandwiches from time to time. If I recall correctly, she usually orders the BLT (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato). This time however, she ordered a Bacon egg and cheese. Her complaint about the pricing is true if she ordered the bacon and egg on a roll. It clearly shows Bacon egg and cheese is more expensive. She has been a great regular customer to our shop and it saddens me that she was not happy with our service. I have not been a customer at this place for years. I've been working in the area for about a year and have visited Kim's on a couple occasions. Regarding my complaint, at the time of ordering I should have been told that cheese is an additional cost. This is called Customer Service. Other "regular" customers may be ok with the lack of customer service from Kim's because they have been servicing the area for 8 years but that should not matter. All Prices should be POSTED, CLEAR and EASY to read. At the time of ordering, if there is going to be an additional charge then that should be told to the customer. Especially for new customers. As of now, I have no plans on going back to Kim's and I wont suggest that others do either. ]
