Kim's Floor Decor

Terrible service. We had three rooms to be redone in vinyl flooring. We needed a room smoothed out & one had carpet in it previously on top of a concrete slab. We were given a good price & went forward. Well they were done mighty quick. My goodness it was a terrible job done. The floor that needed to be smoothed out was left lumpy, holes from tack strips weren't filled in before laying new floor & in some cases, nails were left in the concrete as well. I could have done a better job & I've got a desk job. The entire experience was a nightmare that took a year to sort out & I'm disgusted. Truly. We were lied to, given false promises & guarantees that Kim herself could not.make good on. To top it all off? When we inquired about the job done, we were GI en excuses instead of resolutions and certainly was not compensated for being left with a bad job done. Disgusted! I'm surprised she's still in business.
