Disappointed in final flower arrangement. Did not meet the advertised picture on-line. Overpriced for the "premium" selection and extras, e.g., medium sized stuffed animal, (was small) no evidence of "extra" flowers justifying the PREMIUM price.
Sent an email to Kim's Flowers describing the problem with the product and level of embarrassment we felt giving such a messy looking gift to ill recipient even though patient said she loved them. Looked like it had been thrown together in haste. Additionally, the advertised brown basket, which contained the arrangement, was white, which was fine, but it was coming apart at the bottom.
Had we just received an apology, that would have been sufficient. I was not asking for a discount or money back. But no response was just more evidence demonstrating their lack of professionalism.
