correctly.  I also see that you contacted the location directly and they informed our billing company of the issue which was when your account was closed and the refund set up.  I take full responsibility for issue and do not wish for you to leave on a bad note.   Our billing company has sent up the refund for $85.98, but I am going to leave a envelope with $86.00 cash for you at our [redacted] because the issue should have never arose.  I also left you a voicemail with my number if anything further is needed.
