Kims Mission Cleaners

Review: On 7/15, I took a piece of cloth to Kims Mission Cleaners, where Ive been doing business for the last 3 years, to take off the stains from the cloth but not dry cleaning. A clerk named Sean accepted my item. He saw the three stains, marked them and did not say that they might not be able to remove the stains. On 7/19 after I paid for my item, when I left the store under the day light I saw the stains still there. So, I took it in and he offered me to try again. I picked it up today on 07/22 and I found stains still there. I asked him for a refund, he refused; I asked to speak with supervisor, he said I am the supervisor; so, I asked his name or business card, and he refused to provide me with his name again and replied find it yourself. I said I will go through my credit card company for a refund and I reminded him my legal right to know his name, and his legal responsibility to provide the name to the customer. Instead of providing his name, he called 911 on me. Then, his mother who was a witness since the beginning, stepped forward and said I am sorry, he is young and has bad temper please forgive him. To respecting his mom whom I've known since three years ago, I left the store, waited outside some time till 911 arrives and I speak with them directly but they did not show up and eventually I left.Desired Settlement: 1st, I would like to report him to Revdex.com to making sure and hoping this type of customer service will be stopped some day. This is not American customer service and needs to be corrected. Also, I would like to received a written form of apology from himself, the clerk named [redacted].Thank you
