Statewide Remodeling just installed Radiant Barrier in the SECOND of our homes in that last 6 years. When we move again, we will call them again. Our salesman, [redacted], was TOPNOTCH. He was Courteous, Professional and his product knowledge was excellent. He REALLY worked with us to keep us as a customer the second time around. The installation crew was excellent and only were willing to leave when the knew we were TOTALLY HAPPY. EXCELLENT WORK.

We can not say enough GREAT about Statewide. Go to them FIRST.
[redacted] and [redacted], Weatherford, Texas

We recently contracted Statewide Remodeling out of [redacted], Texas for a bathroom shower rehab. First the Sales Rep, Wade [redacted], was very knowledgeable and helpful with our choice of colors and materials that we chose. The contractor who did the work, Maren [redacted], was extremely neat, knowledgeable, and took great care to do the job right! We are EXTREMELY satisfied with the work that was performed! And all the staff that stayed in contact with us were polite and helpful.

After meeting with Statewide Remodeling in their showroom at Collin Creek mall we were excited about their potential services, the representative at the store was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. However once their salesperson came to our home to discuss our bathroom remodel we were extremely disappointed with his professionalism, lack of knowledge of the technicalities of shower remodeling, and his patronizing attitude. We simply asked if our home's water pressure would be an issue for installing shower jets, and instead of just stating "I am not sure It's something I can ask my men", he told us we needed to take it up with our city's water department. A simple Google search shortly after informed me this was definitely not the case, and this was a question many people performing bathroom remodels ask.

Very disappointing consultation.

We are very satisfied with the Job Statewide Remodeling did for us. The workers involved were very polite and they identified themselves well wearing badges and by mouth. We would rrecommend them to anybody that is interested or in need if remodeling their house.

Had a very good experience with Statewide Remodeling. They did what they promised and in the time they promised. The end product was neat and clean and looks beautiful. The Sales person had made a mistake in documenting the order, but Statewide Modeling went ahead and honored their commitment anyway.

The shower is done and looks great. The crews that came out and did the actual work were great, but I was not impressed with the supervision. There were multiple days that no one would show up and we would call the field supervisor to see when they would arrive at our home just to find out that the workers had gotten pulled for another job. Our project started on Tuesday and was supposed to be finished that same Friday. I guess the demo guy and the plumber were scheduled to come out the first day. The demo guy came around noon that day and the plumber showed up as the demo guy was unloading his equipment. The plumber told us that he would not be able to do anything that day because the demo guy was running behind. The plumber came and did all of his work on Wednesday. Thursday rolled around and no one showed up. My boyfriend who owns the house called the field supervisor and asked when the guys were coming out to work on the shower. The field supervisor said that they had been pulled for another job and that he wouldn't be able to get anyone out to our house until Monday.

Monday came around and a crew came out in the morning. These guys were great too and before they left they told me they would be back around 8:30am the following day. The next day (Tuesday) no one had been to our house. I called The field supervisor around 2 and asked if anyone was coming. He said the guy was on his way and he would call him and see how far away he was. He called me back ten minutes later and told me that he would be at our house tomorrow sat 8am. I asked if I needed to call corporate and ask why the guys kept getting pulled off of our job and he asked me not to. After that conversation the job went pretty smoothly and was finally finished.

I'm sure that our job was one of the smaller ones that Statewide does, but we really did not appreciate being put off like we were. Our 4 day job turned into a 2 week job and the process was very frustrating. We chose to pay the extra money to have it done through statewide because of their positive reputation, but people kept getting pulled from our job and we could not get a clear explanation as to why.

We expected to get much better service since we paid $12,000 for a tub to tile shower conversion. I sent this review to the Project Coordinator when she asked about our experience. She replied thanking me for taking the time to write my response and said that she would forward it along to her higher ups. We did not receive an apology from her or anyone else at the company. Definitely not the customer service we were hoping for.

They are not what they are saying on ads or what the sales men are telling you. They only supply the supplies needed and hires outside contractor to do the job. Sales people doesn't even know the job. Promises you something yet the people who does the job tells us it can't be done. They don't work with your schedule.

Looking for a plan and Dura Supreme cabinets for my in home office/den. Drove to the Esters Blvd. location on February 6, 2016 because they are the only ones in this area to carry this brand name of cabinets. Talked with weekend receptionist who said no one was available but would share our information and have them call. Someone called but they thought we wanted a kitchen or bathroom remodel. So said he would have to have someone else call us back. Never heard from anyone.
Went to Ft. Worth Home and Garden show on February 14, 2016 and happened to see Statewide there so again talked to a receptionist who took all of our information and set up an appointment for February 18th at 6 p.m. for someone to come to our home. No one showed up.
After reading the Revdex.com reviews and reports I am so glad I never started any remodeling projects with Statewide Remodeling, Inc. They don't follow through or even show up for appointments.
I will also be reporting them to the Dura Supreme Cabinet company as a bad business to market the Dura Supreme cabinets.

We selected this company to remodel our master bathroom. When the sales rep. came to our home, it was great. He presented awesome prices, a 10-year warranty (a plus) great product and he was very professional. And we thought, this company could be as professional as he was. Boy, we were wrong. It was a nightmare from the beginning. It ranged from plans not being discussed from boss to employees to supervisor never supervising and making sure employees were doing job right. First, demolition was done incorrectly. Yes, they make up for it without charging extra, but still communication between crew and supervisor was non-existent. A "one-week" job turned out to be a two-week job. Excuse: "Bigger job at Fair Oaks is taking our time and our crew". Hint: "Your job is less important than Fair Oaks rich people". Yesterday (Tuesday), they were supposed to grout shower floor, a job that should have been done Monday. Office told us, crew was suppose to show between 1pm and 2pm. First excuse, we cannot get a hold of them. One hour later, they cannot come because "crew was on the side of the road all morning, due to damaged front axle". Nowadays, if you do not know were your crew is, that it is a big problem, especially if you are their supervisor. We wanted to remodel our guest bathroom next, we will not be using them and we are not recommending them to anyone.

Statewide gave us a quote that was a little higher than other companies but their product will last a lot longer than the others. They handled all the paperwork for the city permits and HOA seamlessly. The concrete contractor was a little tough to get an appointment set up with but when he came the workers did a great job. Shortly, thereafter Statewide showed up and assembled our pergola with amazing speed. All the workers kept us in the loop and made sure that they were doing exactly what they promised they would do. The electrician came and wired our light and extra outlet, asking to make sure he was doing what we wanted to have done. We had only one issue which was resolved by one phone call. Statewide is a little more expensive but they are definitely worth the extra we paid. We will be using them for any future work we want to have done.

My wife and I are very pleased with our installation of a patio cover that Statewide Remodeling installed. Everyone that we dealt with; whether it be the secretaries at the office in Dallas, the salesperson, the engineer, the supervisor, the finance department and especially the father and son installers were great. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure that we got what we ordered and more. Every department made sure to touch base with us and confirm dates, times, the person that was going to call us next and give us suggestions on how to make our drawings/plans look better. Our installation was on time, quick, done professionaly and if changes had to be made they done quickly. Our installation only cost about $12,000 but we were treated like it was a total house remodel. I would definitely use and recommend them to others. Thank you Statewide Remodeling for a job "WELL DONE".
