problem. I told [redacted] it was not fair what she was doing and I was two days with no plumbing, she stated "well [redacted] was out there Sunday but you didn't want to pay." I wasn't going to pay for services that were never complete and backed up immediately after use of the bathroom one time. She refused to send out the men without more Payment. I let her know I would not be doing business with her anymore and would be calling another business. Art and Douglas came out later that evening and found the sewer line within 10 minutes and totally cleared the line within 45 minutes. The technician stated the first plumbers stopped close to 15ft and never cleared the system, he cleared it completely and even showed me where I needed to put another clean out. The bathroom is running great now thanks to another company.
