was not a result of our Hydro Jetting of the main sewer lines. It was an isolated problem, and it states right on the invoice that a large hair ball was pulled out of his sewer drain line. Not the main which we cleared. The association manager was there to watch this process, if it was something we caused, yes then there would have been no charge. Customers do not dictate our fees. There are many companies that advertise $99.00 drain cleaning. I am sorry we are not one of them. Our ratings are A to A+ across the board. A reputable company for over 30 years.
